Tradeswomen Building Bridges (TBB) organizes international delegations to promote equity, solidarity, and shared learning among women in the construction trades. These delegations bring North American tradeswomen together with their counterparts worldwide to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and advocate for gender equality in the industry. Past delegations have included visits to India, the Philippines, and the UK, with focuses on workplace safety, mentorship, and leadership development. By fostering cross-cultural understanding, TBB’s delegations empower tradeswomen to address challenges collectively and build a global network of support and advocacy.
